Zero Competition 
Our business is built on the business of our clients. That is, we are exclusively a bureau provider.  We will not compete with you in the marketplace.  In fact, when we do receive enquiries for security services, we will pass them onto the bureau in the area.  It also means that when we receive leads generated from your customer base or phone numbers, they are passed onto you, without exception.

24 x 7 Line Commissioning 
Through the use of fully trained staff, and a flexible monitoring software system, we are able to accommodate your company’s commissioning lines or servicing systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  This ensures that new clients can be added at times to suit you, not us, and that their premises are protected according to your directions from the moment they are commissioned.

Flexibility
As a wholesaler of services to the security industry, we have invested in a wide range of communication protocols to ensure that we are always able to deliver what is needed by our bureau customers in a timely manner.  As demand justifies it, we remain flexible enough to add new products to meet that demand, including different communication paths, and proprietary products.  In each case, we have our own receivers, with fully redundant auxiliary equipment, to ensure that we do not have to rely on third parties for services
